I have been exactly where you are.

I know what it feels like to give more than you are replenishing. To show up for everyone around you while quietly losing touch with yourself. To sense that something needs to change but not quite know where to start.

That experience is not a footnote in my story. It is the foundation of my work.

I am an ICF Professional Certified Coach, HeartMath Coach, and Certified Holistic Nutritionist with advanced certifications in neuroplasticity, brain health, and transformational coaching. I bring all of that — and everything I have lived — into every coaching relationship.
