Leadership coaching for corporate groups is an opportunity for your top leaders to work 1:1 with me to best understand their capabilities and how to work together towards aligning with the goals of the organization.

 

How does it work?

1. We start with a free 45 min discovery call.
2. You identify 8-12 leaders on your team that will each take a comprehensive personal assessment.
3. I spend 60 minutes with each participant 1:1 reviewing their results to:

  • Learn about who they are and how to communicate most effectively
  • Identify how they are most and least likely to solve problems, deal with conflict and achieve results
  • Understand their communication ‘red flags’
  • Explore strategies to build resilience so that they can prepare for, recover from and adapt to stress and adversity.
  • Get a clear action plan that nurtures the image they want to represent to ultimately deliver more value

Virtual Leadership Coaching for Corporate Groups of 8-12

Leadership & Transition Coaching:

An add-on to my 1:1 leadership coaching for corporate groups program, this virtual session provides an opportunity for the group to understand each other’s assessment so that they can avoid their shared pitfalls, predict how they’re most likely to solve problems, deal with conflict and reach conclusions and ultimately, make meaningful change in the organization.

 

How does it work?

  1. Your group of 8-12 completes the assessment and 1:1 coaching sessions
  2. The group gathers for a virtual group coaching session
  3. I spend 90 minutes reviewing the groups’ results to:
  • Identify top strengths
  • Build more powerful relationships
  • Increase influence and impact
  • Improve communication and overall team effectiveness

This 90-min team session allows the leaders to lead more effectively, maximize untapped talent, reduce conflict, motivate high-performers and improve team morale.
