Movement is an important part of how I cultivate resilience. I recently decided to incorporate running into my workout regime (in truth, I am not sure what I was thinking because it is a hard as you know what…). My virtual coaches provide amazing guidance but three tips resonate with me: Breathe deeply, lean into it, be disciplined. Apart from running, they are useful tips that invite us to tap into our purpose, to show up more authentically, to be more resilient.
